SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via Canada Post. The cost of shipping is determined at checkout. Please allow 2 business days before your order is sent out. Due to Covid-19 expect delays. You will be notified by email if any delay occurs.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept returns. If part of your order is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at petitebarrette@gmail.com and we will be happy to solve any issues. Before requesting an exchange, please know that each piece is handmade and may look slightly different than the next.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Verify that all the details are correct before submitting an order. Should you make a mistake, don’t hesitate to contact us at petitebarrette@gmail.com so we can assist you.
COUPONS CODES & PROMOTIONS
Coupon codes must be used at checkout and cannot be redeemed after an order has been placed. Promotions are advertised on our website and via our Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. Members of our mailing list are always the first to know about our promotions.
